Delanti provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time—friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great dining experience. Every recommendation was spot-on, drinks were kept full, and we never had to ask for anything because Delanti was always one step ahead. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and positive attitude. Delanti’s exceptional service turned a great meal into a memorable experience. I highly recommend HopCat to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by Delanti again!
We came in tonight not sure what we were expecting. Delanti was an exceptional guy from the moment we walked in the door. After a few moments waiting at the host stand, he greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel completely welcomed. He encouragingly let us know that the patio was closed due to the weather earlier in the day, but promised that we would get great service inside. He turned out to be our server also. He promptly took our drink order, giving us extra time to order and never rushed us. He offered appetizers, add ons, and gave us the specials. Our food was excellent and he checked on it right away. Our dishes were cleared promptly when we were done. We had several drinks after our meal and he was timely at each refill. Glad to get such exceptional service!!
Delantie was legit one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Patient, kind, knowledgeable and just enjoyable. Menu was phenomenal, drink selection was fantastic and the food was sublime. Delantie made our 4 Star experience a 5 star one with his attentiveness, patience, accuracy and just commitment to the best possible experience. Not from here, but next time we’re in KZoo, we’re coming here.
Fantastic inpromptu stop. Have been here before but this time was different. Service was amazing. I can't remember our waitresses name but she did a fantastic job and made sure we felt taken care of. Very attentive and on point which is a big ask in the service industry while being pregnant. Hopefully that helps narrow it down... I would like her to receive praise and know that we appreciate her. Completely unexpected but we even got a little live music. Food was perfect and out in a timely manner! Hopcat and all staff... Y'all are great and never miss! A+++
I had an amazing experience at HopCat this weekend! The service was fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Our server, Delanti, truly stood out by handling everything smoothly and making us feel welcomed and taken care of the entire time. This was my third visit, and every single time the food has come out quickly and the staff has been kind, patient, and attentive. Consistency like that is rare, and it really shows how great this place is. Huge shoutout to Delanti, seriously deserves recognition (and a raise fr). Thanks again, HopCat! I’ll definitely be back :)

Had our holiday party at HopCat and it was an absolute blast! Reygan and Warner were exceptional at making sure the drinks kept flowing and the food was hot. We had such an incredible time and would recommend this spot for any large event!!!!
First time visiting and could not be happier! The service from William T was wonderful, I haven't had a server visit our table like he did in a very long time! We did the $15 special with the BYO Burger and fries.

Second time at HopCat and it was just as good as the first . always nice when the food and service are consistent. We tried the Cowboy Burger, Rodeo Clown, Pickleback Chicken, Hangover Helper, and the Buffalo Mac. Honestly, everything was pretty good across the board and everyone left happy. Big shoutout to our waiter - super friendly and smiling the whole time. That kind of service makes such a difference. Also, the location near Western Michigan University is really convenient, and there’s plenty of parking here, which is a huge plus.
